By engaging our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of our services and website.

Our core commitment: We never sell personal data. We never disclose client information to third parties outside the scope of contracted services. All data we handle is treated as strictly confidential.

Information We Collect

Information provided by Clients:

  • Business contact information including name, company name, email address, and phone number
  • Payment and billing information processed through our secure payment providers
  • Brand guidelines, product documentation, and operational materials provided for service delivery
  • Access credentials to third-party platforms required for service delivery

Information from end-customer interactions (on behalf of Clients):

  • End-customer names, email addresses, and support inquiry content as submitted to Client support channels
  • Order details, transaction references, and account information as relevant to the support context
  • Communication history within the Client's helpdesk platform

Information collected via our website:

  • Contact form submissions including name, email address, company, and message content
  • Browsing data collected through analytics tools including page views and device information
  • Cookie data as described in Section 8 of this Policy

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Delivering contracted customer support services on behalf of our Clients
  • Onboarding new Clients and configuring support operations
  • Processing invoices and managing billing relationships
  • Communicating with Clients regarding service performance, reporting, and operational updates
  • Responding to inquiries submitted through our website contact form
  • Improving our internal methodologies, training programs, and quality assurance processes
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations and regulatory requirements

We do not use any end-customer data processed on behalf of our Clients for any purpose other than delivering contracted support services.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Clients: End-customer interaction data and support records are shared with the Client whose brand we represent, as part of standard reporting and service delivery
  • With service providers: We may share information with trusted third-party technology providers solely to facilitate service delivery, subject to confidentiality obligations
  • For legal compliance: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, Client data may be transferred subject to the same privacy commitments described herein

Data Retention

We retain Client and service-related data for the period necessary to fulfill contracted services plus any applicable statutory retention period. Upon termination of a service relationship, we retain data for a maximum of twelve (12) months, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Clients may request the earlier deletion or export of their data by submitting a written request to projects@assistethra-link.com. We will fulfill such requests within thirty (30) calendar days.

Website contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months, after which they are deleted.

Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
  • Encrypted data transmission using industry-standard TLS protocols
  • Regular internal security reviews and agent confidentiality training
  • Contractual data security obligations imposed on all third-party service providers

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms that Clients direct us to use. We encourage Clients to review the privacy policies of all platforms used in connection with their support operations.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active Clients via email at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of our services following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
